Take a close look at the 'Crazy Carpets' package and on the item itself. Due to recycling laws, many plastics now have the material I.D. molded into the surface. Look for PPS, HDPE, PETE or similar and do a web search for the actual type, then contact a plastic materials supplier and see if they offer sheets in the thickness you need.
