Hi Brian,
I just so happens that I'm traveling with my bikes in the CCD at this very moment! Here is a shot....the board is a 2 X 6 with tool drawer liner glued to the bottom for non-skid, and the quick release clips are from Saris and Yakima. Take your pick!
