In my 89 Excella we use the oven a lot for various things; but it did not come with a broiler pan........what do you use? Do you crack the oven door and disconnect the fire alarm when broiling? Do you crank it up as it goes for the heat setting? How do you prevent splatter? If I do not have a dedicated broiler pan will aluminum foil lining inside of a shallow cake pan work?
