Lake Attatash appears very nice but does have some trashy areas. 1/2 million dollar homes on one side and a shack like this on the other. That realtor has
another listing available: same size property in town and also 1 bed/1 bath for $175,000! So it looks like it's the value of the waterfront property you are buying. I see now it has 60' of frontage. I tried to find it's location on
Windows Live Local but it must be too wooded to spot.
If you've never used Live Local try it and you'll never go back to Google maps or Yahoo for arial photos. Try the "birdseye view" of more populated areas.
