OK, I have been looking for an appropiate area for my question, and this topic is close. We want to add a couple of bicycles. We have a 2005 31' classic and tow with a 2500 Dodge diesel. Would 2 lightweight bikes add a significant amount of weight to the back? OK, maybe we could put some cool looking bikes on, but how would you add to the bumper? I have to admit that I am not crazy about disturbing the pristine Airstream look with a bike rack. For short trips we have put the bikes inside the Air, but we really would like to fine a better solution. ...on top of the truck? (now that would look awkward) Any thoughts from the experts?
