We spent some time with Kevin & Prim last weekend or so, talking about the hitch (they love it)... this was sometime after talking with 2Air in Branson (he loves it)... well, maybe "loves it" is a bit strong, but they do swear by it.
$3 grand is alot of bucks to spend, so the company behind the product is the clincher in the deal. Too many businesses use the popular cliche "customer #1" and "service is our goal", and so on and it's usually not more than words on letterhead.
We are seriously considering either the Hensley or ProPride.
This is an issue after market manufacturers have to pay attention to. We're paying attention to it...
