The area would be open for camping with no fees. I think you're allowed up to 14 days so no problem in staying until Mon.

I believe Shrine Pass has been made a special FS fee area. I saw some signs several years ago. Many years ago I crosscountry skied there a couple of times and have driven the Shrine Pass Rd. Beautiful area. Maybe the fees are only during ski season.
