I think you're being a little hard on yourself on that one. During that controversy, I believe in the early 90's?, whatever members strongly opposed allowing MHs into the club are likely long gone, or have come to grips with the situation. The bottom line today is that if you own an Airstream (and today ANYTHING they build qualifies) you are a
welcome member of the WBCCI.
I can't imagine anybody taking any other position. There are probably a great many that disregard the MHs as being an Airstream (brand expansion vs what for decades WAS an Airstream), but I'm sure every member ultimately supports whatever the workers in Jackson Center build. I can't imagine any member passing whatever feeling they might have about the MH onto their owners.
It's only when the IBT chooses to champion an unjust cause, one that will destroy the WBCCI, that members wind up pointing fingers at product, and feelings inadvertently get hurt.
I've said it before, I'll say it again -- I'll park in your shade any day!
