The bridesmaids gowns were a la pale pastel violet and white flowers or pale pastel green w/white flowers..back then when I was learning to be 'domesticated' I sewed the jr.ette and flower girl's dresses as well as my own wedding gown..

We probably would have had a much smaller wedding too, the wedding and reception dinner was really a wedding event for our parents, and relatives and cousins, etc and acquaintances hubby and I didn't even know!!..I probably would have gone for the flower wreath in my hair..I know Steve would have been just as happy showing up in his 501's and tennies
