Yes, there is only the one bath house in the section where the Rally is held.

There aren't any sites with water, but there are several hydrants spaced about the campground as well as a fill point at the entrance to the campground.

The generally accepted method is to sanitize with a 10% +/- bleach solution. The thread below discusses the sanitation method:

If you haven't used the onboard fresh water tank before, you will want to have someone observe the tank from inside the coach as you fill it to be sure that there aren't any leaks -- while it isn't common, the fill port, hose, and the tank as well can slplit/crack and be subject to leaking. Also, don't panic if the fresh water pump doesn't work immediately -- if it is the original PAR (Peters and Russell), it can be rebuilt.
