Williams, AZ & Grants, NM Caravan Stopovers

Bob Kelly reminded Gail and I at the FCU Dead Horse Rally that it's time to make our reservations for stopovers at the Railside RV Ranch in Williams, AZ (those coming from California and the Northwest) and the Grants/Cibola Sands KOA in Grants, Nm (from all points west). I called both and made our reservations tonight; used Kevbo's name at Railside to get the preferred rate in Williams. Info, numbers and web sites are:

Wednesday, October 1, 2008
Railside RV Ranch, 888.635.4077 (tell them Kevbo & the Airstreamers)
Railside RV Ranch

Thursday, October 2, 2008
Grants/Cibola Sands KOA, 888.562.5608 (ask for Susan)
Grants New Mexico Camping, Grants/Cibola Sands Campground in New Mexico - KOA in Grants

We'll work with others to set up the caravan but get your reservations in early.

Grants is about an hour from Albuquerque and the whole area was booked solid by the time the Fiesta rolled around. I am suggesting that we spend Thursday night at the same location this year. Does someone from the coast want to pick a spot for the night before. If Kevbo is going this year, Williams might be on the list...
