well before spending the cash make sure your current leaf stack isn't fatigued.

MOR/ryde - Products - Suspensions - Tow Vehicles
it's a more fundamental solution and will dampen the high freqency/low amplitude vibration better.
also it's less money and always operable...
passengers AND trailer benefit.
