The plastic the sink, tub and counter is an ABS plastic with the color throughout the plastic rather than just on the surface. So you may be able to sand out the stain.
If you decide to paint I recommend a 2 part epoxy paint vs. Fusion. I spoke to Fusion folks and they do not recommend this application. I used "Tough as Tile" and am very satisfied.
FYI I spoke with Tough as Tile and they also did not recommend this application. For that matter I have spoken with other companies about using other products in an Airstream including flooring. Seems like they all have the same script "we do not recommend our product for this application".
