If only I could have the beginning credits scrolling and music playing from Starwars.
After owning 4 vintage coaches since November 2006, we have finally brought home a trailer that will work well in
ALL aspects for us. We needed modernization in appliances and systems, working air conditioning, holding tanks, and LP service. As pretty as our 56 Caravanner was, it wasn't made for Missouri camping.
Major props to Airhog1 (Gene Morris), and Airstream of Arkansas for making this deal happen.
A coworker and I drove down to A of A on Friday morning to take delivery. We had planned to stay overnight to test all the systems. I received an email around 5:45 PM that the Caravanner was going to get picked up this weekend, and I needed to be home to get it ready. We left Searcy, AR at around 7 PM and dropped the tongue jack at my home around
315 AM.
I am exhausted since Collin woke us up at 6:30. No word from the shipping company yet to get the Caravanner, and I am starting to get upset about my LONG LONG drive for nothing last night if they change plans.
Here are some pics.
This one ought to last awhile!
