How does the VAC feel about people who are officially paid "Friends" of VAC, but not WBCCI members, showing up at VAC rallies? Everything I've seen seems to suggest a WBCCI number is expected. I won't have a WBCCI number on my trailer, but I'd like to drop in on a VAC event someday just for the great networking & information.
Actually, to push my luck a bit further:

I wish VAC was not an intra-club of WBCCI but simply a stand-alone organization. I haven't yet seen the WBCCI value but I do see the VAC value for vintage trailer owners. I have sent in my dues to VAC just so I can continue to receive the Vintage Advantage newsletter.
