Actually, these are two seperate problems, but may be caused by the same thing(s), unbalanced running gear and driving with full waste tanks. Rear sag is when the chassis starts to bend just aft of the axles. Rear end seperation is when the shell seperates from the rear bumper assembly, creating a gap where water can enter the trailer and damage the floor.
