I may have to sell the house next year as my daughter will be following the son unit when she graduates from high school. And out here in California, our $38 billion deficit (as a result of the energy snafu and the feds passing their deficit on to the states) will mean the college students will have upwards of a 25% hike in fees to make up some of that shortfall. I may have to sell lots of things by then....
