A very interesting product. I watched the vidio. The only question I would have is you have to have a strong "Clean" floor underneath. Vinyl will transfer and surface irregularites over time.

I installed a Floating Armsrtong flooring in my trailer last year. In doing that job I removed everthing but the kitchen sink cabinet to reduce cutting and the need for molding. The removal only took about an hour. In areas where I had to screw down anything while reinstalling the cabinets I drilled an oversize hole in the flooring to retain the floatinf aspect. You may want to consider that approach.
