In looking at your picture, if it's the same configuration as my trailer, that would be the chamber behind the frig. If so, I think it's supposed to be somewhat sealed to vent the bad stuff out the frig vent. I don't think I would use a vent to cover it up. Use something that would seal the openings...."Mac"
