I think that might be a normal condition for your trailer. If I'm not mistaken, A/S's were never equipped from the factory with Coleman units, and the retrofitted one's don't have any sort of drain tube to connect to, so they just drip down the side of the trailer.
If your trailer was factory equipped, (and the coleman is a replacement, rather than a retro-fit) there is a drain tube that runs between the walls from the a/c unit's location to the belly of the trailer, where it dripps the condensate on the ground.
