hello all

good post last thursday airstreamers...

yes all of ya!

having a certificate (of birth)

and a full a/s warranty...

that expires soon,

whereas and not withstanding,

silverranger's snow photo...

and the funny weather in iowa yesterday...

i hereby declare

winter is over!

somewhere.

i hope.

so it's thursday, and i like my airstream because...

the furnace still works and she managed not to add any weight...

in the dark months....

as part of this certified and warranted declaration i offer this photo...

as shimmering proof, some one some where has seen the sun...

it is NOT my photo,

but i like it so much and hope james doesn't mind.

he shared it with us in post #73 and #100...

last year, so...

enjoy.

cheers

it's thursday and i like my airstream because even when it is only sitting in the driveway, it is still a place of solace. i can go just sit in it and feel better!

It's the day after Thursday and I like my Airstream because it is currently sitting in the drive way and I will prep her tomorrow for the Springstream Rally next week and she reminds me of why we named her the "Changes in Lattitudes"...because she patiently awaits the opportunity to take us away at a moment's notice to someplace where we can relax and, as Jimmy sez, "Breath in, breath out, move on".

So far she has taken us to Topsail Hill for the Can Opener Rally in January, FT. Wilderness for President's Week in February and will take us to the Springstream Rally this month (April) and to Chattanooga and Topsail Hill again in May. Back to FT. Wilderness in July, St. George Island in September, Ft. Wilderness again in October and December. Hopefully, we'll make it to the Fall Georgia Rally in October, too. We just have to figure out August and November...OK, November might have to be an off month with Thanksgiving so that just leaves August. Any suggestions for the Southeast?

I guess Spring Fever has hit me and I am already day dreaming about getting out and doing some camping and it's not even 9:00 AM! Anyway, that's why I like my Airstream on this day after Thursday, Friday the 13th.

It's Thursday and I must admit that I spent yesterday evening in my Airstream. Re-installed the TV (have to remove LCD units in very cold weather), then finished off 1/2 bottle of Cabernet while listening to music with the furnace running full tilt. Seems like a long time for spring to arrive up here in the frozen north. But it was a wonderful thing just being in the Airstream!

2Air,
It's Thursday and I love my Airstream because she tows beautifully no matter the road, the wind, the rain. And looks so good doing it, too. What a dream!

Leaving town

It's been a media circus this week in our beautiful little town. We're leaving to spend some quality time with a few other Airstreamers to visit, relax, talk Airstreams and break bread together. Keep our University kids and their family members in your prayers.

It's thursday and I like my AS, because, as now spring seems to be on his way, we'll be abble to built again what we thought is the most important in life... souvenir.
And the ones in it are the strongest we have...
BTW tomorrow we gonna spend the night in it, just behind the house... call for warm... Happy
