With a WBCCI rally you need to go through your unit. A forums rally is all up to you. I hosted the 4CU Rally at Dead Horse this year and it was a blast! The rally started out as a forums rally and ended up as a 4CU / Forums rally due to the changing status of the unit. Personal liability is an issue. I had evey person sign a release to cover everyones butt. If you can avoid collecting money it will make your job alot easier.
