i like your locker over the window, too uwe. i'm taking notes now, as FINALLY my cabinet building days near!

as for a dinette, i'm planning on a side dinette in our Globe Trotter project. i think it will only convert to a single bed, though. is it pretty much standard to let teh cushions form the back of all gouchos/dinettes? or would it be a nicer fit to have a cabinet back behind the cushion at a slight angle for the cushions to lean against? i don't want to over-engineer my cabinets, as i have a tendency to do with everything else in life. ha!
