I've enjoyed reading through this forum and learning from others' experiences; and wanted to share back with you all.
My wife and I have only had our '05 25' Safari a little more than a year and are enjoying the experience - and looking for ways to improve the living conditions. The front layout proved a little awkward for dining & general access, so I'm making the following changes:
- removed the small angled cabinet and table support
- relocated the couch/bed from the front to the side
- built in a counter; cut to size a standard 8' ready-made counter
- added a small swivel rocker
We've lost a little storage, but gained a lot of livability and a more comfortable chair.

The electrical connection area is protected and accessible for maintenance. I reused the standard Airstream hardware when making the connections to the wall and floor (trying to allow for the inevitable flexing).
