It does sound like the drain from the AC pan and it most likely sticks out the bottom of the trailer so that it can drain onto the ground. The way you make it sound it is in the middle of the room. If it is the drain line, there is no reason it has to be copper. I would route the drain line between the skins and out the trailer if possible.
