Oh I'm just using plain old silicone spray. The same stuff I use on all the other rubber gaskets on the door and windows. The biggest problem is gaining access to the inner seal on my 30' unit. First you have the storage cabinet that is next to the slide unit itself. It's almost impossible to get a hand into that. The outer seal has its own issues in trying to get to top center due to the awning that covers the slide. I just use a long spray tube to hit the spots that I can't get closer to.

I've never used or seen the grease so I can't comment upon whether that would be a superior product.
