I did a similar project - Gaucho-to-a-Dinette/Bed. It wasn't hard at all...if you have access to the proper tools. I have step-by-step photos in my
Photo Gallery and on
our website. There really aren't any plans, beacuse each year & model are slightly different. For that matter, each trailer is different as well...even left to right. All the pieces need to be scribed to your individual trailer's proportions. But like I said, it's not tough...I did it myself...with the use of a friends workshop!
