Larry called down to the Hocking Hills State Park and it is booked...FULL! So we have been looking for alternative plans. We checked on 2 small private campgrounds in the Hocking area and have found that they still have a few sites left reservable, but we would need to jump on it pretty fast.

We have called and found out that we still have a chance to secure spots at Alum Creek State Park and Delaware State Park.
Larry and I have never been to Alum Creek and we are kind of leaning toward a state park. They have enough sites available for a group. Sites close together would not be difficult.
Has anyone tried that park?
