It looks like Jim Franklin hit the nail right on the head. There's real justification here for a reduction in the number of regions in the club. Combine Regions 1&2, Region 3 could stand on its own. Then work out combining the other nine so that each region has about 1000 members per region. That would cut WAY down on club overhead and club costs for region travel expenses.
