Most if not all of the people are volunteers so you are right it is hard to get in touch. Those of us who have membership books can usually get a members name and number from the unit they belong to. Or does your club have a web site? Ours here in Washington State does. That helps also when the members have e-mail they check that when they are gone. How far away is your group? Ours is 35 miles and a very nice place with 175 sites with hook ups.
