 accordian doors
Hi. I did the same thing that you are proposing. The accordian doors work great, are light weight and more private than curtains, i.e. sounds, smells. Additionally, I cut the door opening wider than as originally sized from AS with the "pocket" door, by cutting into the left bulkhead to near the oven. I use a small bungee cord to keep the door from acting as an accordian while on the move.
