Many posts mention passports to return to the US for identification; others suggest a birth certificate plus other photo id is okay. Since we'd like to go into Ontario on our upcoming vacation (and of course get back home afterwards!), we need to know. We don't have passports and probably don't have time to get them. Will we pass with our birth certificates? Thanks for your answers. ~G
