Couple of possiblities
Byer of Maine, makes a similar chair. My dad has made chairs like it before, and we had some that were purchased from the Amana colonies way back in the late 60's. Possibly contact Airstream and see what they might know. I would guess probably from the early 80's with an orginal value of maybe $50 each?
