Just to echo Dan, it's not hard at all once you get the hang of it. I started off replacing one window screen and ended up doing them all (including the door) because it was so easy. It's amazing how much dirt and grime is caked on those old screens. Like anything else, the first one is the hardest. Start with the flat ones until you master the procedure and then move to the curved. You can buy a roll of screen material at the home stores for about $20. The fiberglass screen material is easier to work then the metal and it comes in different shades. If you decide to replace the spline, take a sample with you to the store because it comes in several sizes.
