I noticed that all the cabinet doors were hanging loose, but I didn't look very closely since you needed to get going before the peak of the rush hour.
I think it depends on whether you want to keep the interior authentic or whether you just want it functional. If you want it authentic, I would PM or call Andy at Inland RV (
http://www.inlandrv.com ). Andy has a lot of vintage parts and a lot of experience with the older models. He may very well have the material you need or know a substitute.
If you just want it functional, I would go to HD or Lowes for some nice hinge and latch hardware.
