An old linoleum guy showed me how to "pattern" in a piece of sheet vinyl.
Get some resin paper - 3' wide, pink colored, comes in rolls, Home Depot, Lowes etc - cut it to fit approximately, then take a set of dividers or compass
and trace the rear curve onto the resin paper.
Then cut out the pattern. Test it before you cut the wood.
