Can you post a pic.So everyone will get a better idea on what the dull part is...and where..Theres alot of helpful people here.And welcome to the forum.
We had the same problem butt on the roof.We decided to strip and polish the whole thing.But for only a spot or too.I wouldn't if i didn't have to tho to much work...lol....Someone here will help you on this....Incase you don't get a reply which will be very unlikely.Try going to the search and put in exterior and see if that will help you...
