Greetings from your neck of the woods.

IIRC, there were several hard to get at screws behind the sink. I remember specifically that I had to remove the sink first to get the counter top out. I think there were a couple of screws from the center bedroom wall into the cabinets.

Like Zepp said, a lot of screws to remove, but it is mostly a time thing, not a difficulty thing.
