| New Member | | | Removal of the kitchen counter top Hi Y'all- I am trying to slowly work my way through our '72 Sovereign. My current task is to remove the kitchen counter, replace the cook top (3-burner I think) and re-plumb the sinks. Since the tambour doors are such a drag (npi) we are considering replacing the entire kitchen unit with cabinets. We would like ideas on any and all of these areas, but first thing is to get the old cabinet out. As a newbie to this list, I have read posts until I have read way too much: information overdose, I think. My guess is to start taking screws out until it comes free. Any hidden tricks to look out for ?
Thanks for any ideas and here we go..... |
