I found the small response to this thread surprising.
Jack did they have any thoughts on wheel,tire and drum balancing?
From my research (minimal) I surmise that a good guy named John Anderson started this effort as a entity called
A Weigh We Go.

Apparently he caused quite a stir in the RV industry. Mostly Negative in the industry's eyes. A revolution of sorts.
