If you ever find out - I do hope you will share it here - we have looked everywhere too. Our 69 has them on floor cabinet doors. Many of them were split - so we had to make a makeshift - with clear plastic that is used for marine applications window in soft cover 'Camper Tops" windows - until we can find a suitable replacement.

this is a picture of the door you can see the brown plastic hing on the top of the door. These are under the back bedroom as well. We thought of piano hinge but the space is too thin - there is just enough room to get the door through.

The one on the righ had a split almost all the way through - you can see the clear separation. The one on the left was fine.

Note we have added the brass trim - to protect the delicate edges so that the veneer does not peel any more than it had.

Gee that picture seems like eons ago....
