Wowee! I'd tow it to the local dump to throw out all the "stuff" out of the inside - I too like the tree. Obvously didn't move for some time!
You do have a Minuete - I think a 20fter? If you're lucky, I think the floor is actually aluminum, which would make cleanup easy, and the lack of floor rot is a plus!
Keep us updated! It'll look great once it's cleaned up.
