| Tow mods
I tow a 5000# 2003 International, a lot heavier than the Bambi, with a Z71 with the 5.3L engine. Same truck with about the same power.
I would recommend slip-on mirror extensions (you don't need more with an 8' wide trailer), a Tekonsha brake controller, and nothing more. WIth the factory transmission cooler and Bambi, you don't need a transmission temp gage, IMHO.
