We've had a Pelonis disk furnace for some years. Used it to warm the bathroom at the cottage in the winter before we were able to leave the heat on full time. It did a super job in the tiny room , so it's good to know it would cozy up an a/s. You're totally right about the safety factors and they hardly take up any room at all which, of course, is a huge plus.
