thanks. good to know for future reference. I'm just asking out of curiosity...don't actually "need" to replace anything. (except those sheared rivets previously mentioned ). But you know...those front windows hang out there in, well..."in front", somewhat precariously. and I hear they tend to attract rocks and other UFO's on the highway.

I know, I know...you're gonna say "rock guard". that would be good insurance, if I wasn't such a cheap %#%$ Its on my "list". For now, I'd actually be more interested in removing the inner panes of the front windows. they're in a constant state of "fog". I found that the weep-hole repair was attempted in the past. either it didn't work at all, or the holes are plugged up. I think the service manual describes the removal process. But I seem to remember reading that people have had problems with that? I'm chicken.

GT: well, ON isn't just across the street...but it is also on my "list" of places to see someday. Closest I'll get this year is the region 1 rally in Trois Rivierre. you comin?
