I haven't seen an official pattern...it's just a matter of 'figuring it out', which is why I bought one instead! I DO sew, but I thought this would too much to handle from scratch...however, now having one and seeing how it's put together, I would attempt to make my next one.
I just didn't want to risk the cost of yardage to attempt making one then screw it up and have to buy one anyways...now I have a pattern for the next one.
