Thanks Brad...I'll post again when I get the chairs in & window awnings on. Unfortunately, we are supposed to get about a foot of snow tomorrow (we'll see!) so it probably won't be until next week.

Well, there really are a lot of variables Don...we had the poles & stakes we used with the vinyl awning Forrest gave us, so we didn't have to buy those this time. The fabric we got our hearts set on over a year ago was discontinued Jan 1st, so we had to pay a 20% upcharge to get it now. But we had to have aqua!!! Even still, I felt it was a fair price and much less than a ZipDee...besides, it has the vintage look we were after. Ours is 9' wide with an 8' projection and it was $360 (including the 20% upcharge for the discontinued fabric). The extra 5 yards of fabric for the window awnings, awning bag & pole bag, which I am making came to $170 for a total of $530.

I am very pleased with TCT&A's quality of work and there timeliness...I ordered it on a Thursday and had it in my hands by the next Friday! They quoted three weeks, but got it to me in eight days...I was shocked!

BTW, they have a website, its: http://www.awning-tent.com/
