| Replacement tambours

Another good source for replacement tambour material is Tape-Ease. I found them a bit easier to deal with as they will deal direct with the customer rather than referring you to a distributor as Winona Manufacturing did when I was having my Minuet refurbished. I wasn't fond of the plastic laminate and decided to go with birch veneer tambours that Fowler Interiors (Symsonia, KY) stained with a pickling stain to simulate the color of the original plastic laminate - - the result was fantastic - - a bit warmer and richer looking than the plastic.
