New Wrap-around Dinette

Here's another attempt to make my '72 Overlander more livable for my growing family (#7 child due end of Feb). As you can see, I have removed the gaucho and dinette (both on ebay along with the wardrobe & desk) and built wrap-around benches from the streetside refrig to the curbside door.
All bench seats lift up for storage, but I'm not quite there with the front seat. It is one solid piece of plywood (for structural strength), but it doesn't raise up very far before it hits the bottom curtain rail. Not quite sure how I'm going to fix this yet.
All of the foam (including two pieces over table-not shown) were cut locally for $130. I think the denim fabric was more than that. My wife is going to sew the covers (they're pinned in place for now) with blue plaid piping to match the curtains.
I plan to have the table covered with formica and will replace the ugly 70s yellow counter to match new table .
