The best bet is to look at one that is already in place take measurements, and build it yourself. The Motorhomes are rarely ever parted out. You may be able to buy a dinette out of another wrecked unit and cut it down to fit. It really depends on your handy quotient. The only real part that is unique is the bracket that holds the top to the wall. That is a standard RV part.
